Comments: Cold and windy weather. First 3-4k ran 5min/km, which is very good pace for me. This hit me a bit in the end. But you run along with people mass and they kinda make you go faster. My first race. Very proud. What would you do differently?: First 5k slower. Post race
Warm down: Just stretching around two minutes. What limited your ability to perform faster: I maybe should have put less weight in terms of clothes. I ran with hooded sweatshirt because of cold and windy weather. But I noticed I shouldn't have done differently because I am intolerant to cold (unfortunately). Once I warmed up, I believe this backed me down (especially in the last 5k), but I am very satisfied overal with my decisions considering complete race. Pre-race injuries Left knee - lateral/colateral ligament pain when under stress Right ankle - By feel I would say it's Calcaneo fibular ligament I felt my ankle ligament some 10 days before the race, and it didn't stop hurting. During the race I felt it all the way. Event comments: My first race. Very proud of my time. Ankle ligament (right foot) problem before the race made it more harder for me to run.
