Swim
Comments: I think they included the long run over to the transition area in this number, so my time was probably about 2 minutes faster. The cold water gave me some problems but I was ok with my swim. What would you do differently?: Push a little more Transition 1
Comments: T1 was fine, could have been a little quicker with my socks. Bike
Comments: Again, I think the run around to the other side of transition was included in the bike time. My computer said i averaged 19.8 when I got off the bike. My teamates all said similar things. I pushed way too hard on the first lap and I payed for it by blowing up in the second lap. The crosswinds were a little rough. What would you do differently?: PACE better Transition 2
Comments: someone racked their bike in my spot, and seeing how they were very picky with penalties i had to take time to move it and put mine on. Could have been under 1 minutes if this hadnt happened (my goal). Run
Comments: Got a quad cramp in my left leg at mile 2. Got one in my right leg at mile 4. Just kept moving, but it was brutal out there. My time doesn't reflect it but I have never dug so deep before. Don't like my time, but I can't be upset about it because I know I put everything on the course that I had that day; not every day goes like you want it to. Post race
