So is anyone else planning on doing this race? I plan on doing a road trip someone to ride the course before the race. Planning on 1-2 laps and then running a few miles.

I am in as well and would like to preview the course. Since we are around 10 weeks out, I may give it a go about a month out? Also, since it is in the 90's now, does anyone think wetsuits will be legal. I was at the Deer Creek Oly this past weekend and the water was very warm. Is 78 degrees the cut off?

I think the cut off is 78. Let me know when you want to go ride the course. I am free almost any weekend.

I'm in, though using it as a yardstick for my training towards my "A" race (HIM Miami). Really curious about what the water temps are, and are expected to be...

Well this race is about here. I am planning on riding the course this weekend. Maybe a swim in run also. Who is all game? If you are not doing this race but just want to put some miles in come on out. I would really like to do two loops if anyone is up to it.

 

It looks like the water temp. is 82 deg. With a 78 deg. cut off I am guessing it will not cool of that much in a few weeks.
