Felt pretty good. Ran the whole time with no walking I wasn't sure if I was going to do the race. I am glad I did. Got First place in my age group.
OK.OK I was the only one in my group but still it was pretty cool
What would you do differently?:

I am a slow runner and just need to run more

Warm down:

Ate a peach (It is the peach fest you know) and picked up me first place ribbon. My wife thinks I am a stud!

My name is Jason and I am slow

Event comments:

A small event put on by the local running club and running store. They did a good job it is just hard to get it together sometimes in a small town
