Pre-race routine:

Rushed to get there on time, paid and got my timing chip. Brandi and the dog joined me. They went for a walk in the rain while I ran.

Comments:

Felt great on the run. A little thirsty near the end, but didn't need to stop for water even if it was offered. Only one time, near the middle, did I feel like maybe I backed off a little more than I needed to, but I recovered nicely.

What would you do differently?:

Push harder.

Walked around, drank water, drove home.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Not pushing 100% in the middle.

Great low key, well ran ORRRC race. Can't ask for more for $3.

Course:	Very flat course around the rec center and a brief loop through a neighborhood. A couple gradual inclines, but nothing big. Headwind going out and a nice tailwind on the way back.
