Met some co-workers in the parking lot. Talked.

Walked across the parking lot to the starting line. :)

Comments:

Still dealing with breathing issues from the asthma, so I didn't push it. Did a nice pace and talked to whoever was around me. (Not that I'm sure any of them appreciated my chatter. LOL)

What would you do differently?:

Avoid having breathing problems so I could push the pace a bit. :)

Stood in parking lot and talked to coworkers. :)

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Asthma and associated breathing problems.

Event comments:

Fund-raiser for the local technical college. I was a volunteer last year, so I decided to wog it this year. :)

Course:	Out and back course. The first 1.5 miles were all downhill. You know what that means, right? Yep. The whole second-half was uphill. :O
