Comments: This was a break out performance for me. PR'd by over 6 minutes (different course). I was mentally tough and didn't give in. That was my fastest 13.1 but also my fastest 8k and 10k and 10 mile splits as well. What would you do differently?: Train more beforehand. Post race
Warm down: stretch it out. drank chocolate milk. What limited your ability to perform faster: The hills slowed me down some. Event comments: A wonderful venue with excellent support. T-shirt and medals were also of great quality. Last updated: 2011-05-01 12:00 AM
