Subject: ACL and Meniscus problems I just got through re-habbing an ACL replacement and the doc said that my Mensicus is so thin you can see through it. I really love to run, and the surgeon's recommendation was to stop. Since then, I've been running 3-5 miles 3-4 times a week, without a lot of discomfort, but I'm wondering if any of you have gone through the same thing, and if so, do you have any suggestions? I would love to run a half marathon in September. |
