Up early... shower and shave... hour and half drive... bowl of steel cut oatmeal and coffee for ride up to Birmingham.

Right heel got hung up on back of shoe and the readjustment took several seconds... otherwise a smooth transition!

Heat, scabs on right knee from bike wreck earlier this week, and slight fatigue.
