Swim
Comments: Swimming was good, very good. One of the first ones out. Plenty of room, although we all cramped together. What would you do differently?: Try to set it up so we don't have to run up such narrow stairs. It held everybody up. Transition 1
Comments: It was my first transistion....ever...so I wasn't expecting it to be perfect but it was better than what I thought it would be. I had a fear that I wouldn't find my bike What would you do differently?: Nothing about the transistion really. Just get a better spot next time closer to the aisle. Bike
Comments: I was totally unprepared for this. Chicago doesn't have hills nearly as steep as this. The borrowed bike that I used (because I couldn't transport my bike down to FL with me)wasn't very good at all. The handlebars were hard to grip and the gears wouldn't change AT ALL. What would you do differently?: Use my own bike, ride the course first, be prepared Transition 2
Comments: I was just plain tired by the time I got to this transistion but my mother and sister were coincidentally next to me so my motivation was to beat them out of the transistion area Run
