felt like I was pushing really hard, had strange feeling in the legs, I think it was mainly because of the strong winds on the way out and easier on way back
What would you do differently?:

try to pace a little better. I broke 3 hours which was my target!

It was very hot so everyone was suffering. My legs etc. felt fine, the heat made me feel like I had only one speed. Slower than I would have hoped for, but given the heat I can't complain.
What would you do differently?:

do more mid day runs to aclimatiseto the heat

What limited your ability to perform faster:

heat, and I had no fire in the belly. I need to look for other races, there is limited crowd support etc. and this is the fifth time I have raced on the course, so to be honest I felt a little bored at times.
