Roll Call!  Who's in???

I am!!! I am!!!!  (and I'm a little unsure of biking on 36/37.  The cones will keep any trucks away, right?)

Well I still have not decided if I will do this race or not. I guess I will be waiting up to the end to decide. If I do sign up to race I will be bringing my kayak with me to go fishing afterwords. Does anyone else do any fishing?

i will set up a BT base camp near the playground at the North end of the beach - the opposite end from transition.

Why so far. - the bathroom here is more often available. Parking is less congested.  I use the multiple .25 mile trips to transition as a way to warm up.

I have a silver kia spectre.  i plan to arrive 5:30.

I'm in, see everyone early Sunday. I am sure I will show up before 5:30. Driving a blue Chevrolet Silverado with a orange kayak in back.

No need for a warm up for me Brue. The swim alone will warm me up and almost kill me.

Orange Nissan Murano-- 5:30.  I'll be the one in the black xterra wetsuit!!!    More specifically, red tri top, black shorts.  I will not be dressed as "Robin" this time.

Don't take it personally if I don't recognize any of you.  I'm not so good at the facial recognition game.

--except you, Brue.  Somehow I always run into you!!!

Blue cooler!?!?!?!

Tongue out

PS. That was my race! I am jealous! though I am pulling slowly to bike and run, I cannot swim until my stitches removed. Or maybe I can, but the doctor says no.

Good luck to you all, and tailwind throughout all route!

I am really really tired.

I racked my bike by Robin (and her lovely new bike).

Glad to get to see Keith as well.

Keith - you looked strong enough there.  Glad I was able to encourage you .

Results are up.  Margo and Robin won their age groups!!!!!!! (Though I did not see Margo todayFrown)

-Robin, I noticed you were first AG in swim and run but 3 on the bike.  I think your Schwinn was sitting at home sending bad Karma. (Of course you were still FAST on the bike)

I am super happy with my biking improvements.  Still trying to get my run back.

So that was you yelling at me!  Many times it's hard for me to put 2 and 2 together...

Yeah, I've concluded I need a cycling coach.  Every race, without fail, my cycling stinks.  Still extremely excited about my finish!!!  I made a new running PR!

I also think my favorite thing about racing is analyzing the results.  (It's my inner math nerd coming out.)  Looking at the women's first place finisher, if you take out the bike, I was hanging with her!!!

Oh well...  I'd rather live than crash and die going super fast on the bike anyway, right??? Right???
