Square Lake Triathlon (Long Course) : Official Thread

I didn't know this race existed until I read the thread about the bike course.  For some reason it never came up on my searches on Trifind.  Now I've got a decision to make:  I was planning on running the Dick Beardsley half marathon on Sept. 10, which I hear is a great race, and it would be my first half marathon.  But, I had considered the idea of trying to do a half iron distance race this fall, except I gave up that idea because there were none anywhere close.

What does everyone think about this one?  Good first HIM?  Good race in general?  Anyone else planning on signing up for this?
