Swim
Comments: Wow, this was a revese tri and I found this really difficult. I thought I would kill the swim and come in under 9 minutes with no problem. Guess again. Legs were really beat after run and bike. Will have to practice this next year. What would you do differently?: Practice after run/bike!!!! Transition 1
Comments: Bike was right near bike out so that was good. I was really winded after run so I walk the entire way to my bike. What would you do differently?: Given how winded I was I don't think I could have done this more quickly. Bike
Comments: My computer wasn't working so had no idea what I was doing. I was beat after run, but I think I would have performed better if I could have seen my speed. Leg calf was cramping and had hot foot on right. Think my right shoe was a bit loose. This was flat ride and I should have been able to avg 17. What would you do differently?: Make sure my computer works and just more time in saddle. Transition 2
Comments: Awful! I was so far from the swim out. Had to wear my shoes and I just didn't have the legs to run to the swm out. What would you do differently?: Work on endurance Run
Comments: This was a good run for me. I was expecting to do really poorly because I've been having so much hip flexor pain and wasn't able to train. My first mile was at a 10:15 pace... to fast for me. Droped to about 11:30 mile two and then 12 mile three. Need to pace better. Walked quite a bit during mile 3. What would you do differently?: Run, run, run, Post race

Up at 4am. Didn't sleep much, too excited, but felt good.
