did have a good run. Should not have ran the 9 miles with cross country the day before the race. My legs felt like brcks, and they just hurt.
What would you do differently?:

not run so hard and far the day before a race.

sat down and took off my shoes

What limited your ability to perform faster:

The running the day before the race, and running with no socks for such a long run. Got a lot of really big blisters and cuts from my racing flats.
