Got to race early, got set-up and ate a powerbar and some gatorade
Event warmup:

Got on the bike for a short mile and a half and then did a light jog on the path. Very little swim warm-up.

Couldn't seem to get into the groove. The first 400 it seemed like I wasn't going anywhere and there was a lot of congestion around me.
What would you do differently?:

Maybe take a wider line and avoid the mass confusion.
