Comments: Bad swim, i dont know what happen. got winded after 200 Transition 1

Comments: Fastest bike split of everyone! Strong headwind coming back. I kept the hammer down the entire race. What would you do differently?: Nothing! Transition 2
Comments: had problems getting bike in the rack Run
Comments: cramped as soon as i got off the bike. took a mile or more before i worked the tightness out of my legs. What would you do differently?: need more speed work-outs Post race

got to transition about 5:15 got set-up and walked across the street to Henry D's for breakfast.
took a 5 minute jog and stretch
