Comments: i had a good time but i was pretty slow. my hips started hurting so i had to walk more than i wanted to. then my right foot started hurting. so definitely not a PR but still fun. What would you do differently?: more training. Post race

had bagel and banana for breakfast. then another banana and some apple right before race.
participated in the pre race warm up exercises but on the by the race.
