Pre-race routine:

had bagel and banana for breakfast. then another banana and some apple right before race.
Event warmup:

participated in the pre race warm up exercises but on the by the race.

i had a good time but i was pretty slow. my hips started hurting so i had to walk more than i wanted to. then my right foot started hurting. so definitely not a PR but still fun.
What would you do differently?:

more training.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

haven't been training as much as i should because of a sinus infection.
