Spaghetti and shrimp dinner the night before, decent nights sleep (about 6 hours)

Not enough; stretched for a while during the early waves (my wave was about an hour after the pros went)

Got off to bad start with leaking goggle, and tri-top was a bit loose. Took a few minutes to really warm up.
What would you do differently?:

No top in a non-wetsuit swim, warm up better, swim more often in taper period.
