Swim
Comments: Got off to bad start with leaking goggle, and tri-top was a bit loose. Took a few minutes to really warm up. What would you do differently?: No top in a non-wetsuit swim, warm up better, swim more often in taper period. Transition 1
Bike
Comments: Need more miles on the bike; about mile 20, back was getting tired/sore. Recovered though on the run Transition 2
What would you do differently?: Maybe go with socks Run
Post race
