Yes . . . I had a early loaded race season. Yes . . . I raced olympic tris two weekends in a row. But since I had proper preparation, should recovery last this long?

Sunday: I PR'd at the second oly and felt terrific during the race.
Monday: expected to be and was run down, got a massage.
Tuesday: still tired, did some core work, stretched, foam roller, an easy 500 swim
Wednesday: still tired, legs a little rubbery after climbing the stairs.
Thursday: ran 2.5 miles at lunch, glad to stop

Totally within the normal timeframe.  Relax, you'll be better than ever before you know it!

Sit back...relax...and read a Jeff Galloway book. I think that will put your mind at rest.

After noon today, I will be on vacation. Probably overdue for a recharge mentally and physically. Thanks for the "chill" recommendations!
