Subject: Android app for keeping track of stength
I want to start adding some strength into my training.  I prefer using the machines as I think for me I am less likely to hurt myself than if I use free weights.

I have a hard time remembering the weight I used for any given machine so hoping there may be a good Android app I can use while I am working out.

Any suggestions?

Do you really need to go high tech to accomplish this? Why not do what I did in the old days (c 2004): write your workout on an index card, laminate it, and carry it with you to the gym.

You are showing your age bear.

Still... rather than a specific app why not just create a document in quickoffice with the machine name and weight.  Or the workout you did?

Note book for me as well.  And I have an app (for the iPhone though).  And my gym is at home so I could use my phone or my computer.  Still prefer the notebook

I don't have a specific app to recommend, I'm just starting to look, but if you do a search of the android market, there are lots of weight lifting apps. If I find one that I really like I'll let you know.
