Roanoke training facility - Greenridge Rec Center

Just letting everyone know about the Roanoke County Greenridge Rec center. I went yesterday, let my daughter play at "Splash Valley" and I got some good training in.

It has an indoor pool with two lap lanes, an indoor 1/8 mile track and plenty of bikes and other cardio machines and weights.

I live about 1 1/2 hour away but I was there for a JDRF fundraising meeting and thought it would be a good day to multi-task.

Good place to go when the weather is bad. I was very impressed with the facility.
