Great swim. Very crowded wave so there was a lot of bumping, got kicked in the head but not real hard. Swam over a few, a few swam over me. Had a good time.

Best bike split ever. Felt really good out there. Course was crowded with several roundabouts. I had just passed several bikes and came to one. Had to slow down because of a car stopped in the lane. Then I had to get behind the guys I just passed.

Had a little trouble taking my right foot of the shoe. Just hand new pedals and the shoe came off pedal. No problem getting it back in and my foot out of the shoe.
