Comments: A decent swim. Felt comfortable the entire way. Very pleased with performance What would you do differently?: Nothing ![]() Transition 1
Comments: Really biffed it coming out of the transition area. Had rubber bands on shoes, jumped on the bike and promptly knocked one of my shoes off. Had to dismount and go back for my shoe, lay down the bike, put it on and re-start. What would you do differently?: Practice the transition more. ![]() Bike
Comments: A hard but very solid effort on the bike. I felt very good about the effort. Perhaps a little hard because my running time was slower What would you do differently?: Back off just a touch ![]() Transition 2
Comments: Still need to work on this. Need to get my feet out before the transition and get helmet off nearing rack. What would you do differently?: Practice ![]() Run
