Only 9 weeks away.  Anyone else doing the Sprint or the Olympic race?  I'm in for the Sprint again this year.

For those doing the Sprint, the run course is going to be the same as last year which is actually 3.57 miles not the advertised 5k.

FYI:

Wednesdays, Running Zone informal swim/run 6pm at Eau Gallie Library. 

Sat 8/24 ~7am informal tri practice Eau Gallie Library.

It'll be downright cold and everyone will be standing in the water to stay warm like last year! Looking forward to a great race, best of luck.

Oh, if doing the sprint the Running Zone is fixing the 5k run course so that it is 5k not 3.57 miles like it was last year.

That's good news on the run length - the Causeway is a tough enough. 

Too bad shallowsaltwater isn't going to race this year.  He's still not 100%.
