Pre-race routine:

Woke up at 0545 and ate an english muffin with peanut butter. Loaded up and car and drove 15-20 min to Clark Lake. Parking fills up fast so we wanted to arrive as soon as possible. Check in was fast so there was pletnty of time for preparation in the transition area.
