Pre-race routine:

Since this was an evening race, I pretty much worked all day, took off a little early and packed up and went to the race site.
Event warmup:

Swam in the water a few minutes and talked to some fellow athletes I know.

The swim went really well for me. I felt strong and in control. I really enjoyed the swim.

T1 went fine. I decided while I was swimming that I was going to put on my socks in T1 instead of T2, partly becasue the bike dismount is downhill and I am such a tenderfoot!

The bike actually felt good. The last 3 miles or so were really pretty hilly, but I felt good and strong while riding.

This is where it started to suck. I just can;t seem to have a decent run off the bike when I race.It is very frustrating to me. I felt pretty good going into the run, fought off a calf cramp early, but I am just too slow.
What would you do differently?:

What limited your ability to perform faster:

my run. It sucked

I love this race and Start 2 Finish.I have a goal to complete it under an hour and I thought this was my year. I was 4 minutes slower than last years time for some reason. Next year, I will hit that sub 1 hr mark.
