Subject: Cannot upload a picture to my blog

I am having trouble uploading a picture to my training blog.  I have tried uploading from flickr and I even tried adding the picture to my album (the Lake Michigan picture if you look) and copying the url that way. The picture preview comes up as a question mark. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. Please help.

Is this in the top 'dashboard' area or in one of your daily posts - if daily, what day?  Can you post the link of your photo for flicker and the bt albums and I will take a look?  If using the BT albums, you have to use the little 'picture' icon (with the tree) in the editor, input the URL of the full photo (not the thumbnail).
