U.S. junior triathlete Steven Duplinsky, of Team Fitness Concepts, won his first World Championship today! Remember this name; we'll all be hearing a lot more about this kid.

Cheap plug: This athlete has been working on the techniques of Evolution Running since the age of 14. Splits aren't available yet, but he ran 14:24, 4:39 per mile at USAT Nationaks last year.

I am so proud of this kid!

Yea I just found out today, he called his team from Japan and told all of us that he won, Kyle Hughes got 27th, and Duncan hoge got 31st. Also on the U-23 side American Jarrod Shoemaker won. Duplinsky ran a 15:10 5k, and that is what seperated him from the pack. Because of his win, the U.S. gets to bring 5 junior boys to Worlds including Duplinsky.
