Comments: Pretty good race for me, really wasn't expecting to win my age group, a lot of great swimmers on this island, the muddy yucky water probably discouraged a lot of swimmers this year. What would you do differently?: find cleaner water to get a better warm up, my arms really need a longer warm up so they are not so tight for the race  Post race
Warm down: walk and talk What limited your ability to perform faster: too short of a warm up... Event comments: fun annual swim, better when the water is crystal clear though! Last updated: 2011-07-23 12:00 AM

5 minutes, water had a lot of muddy run off from all the rain, didn't want to be in the water longer than needed...
