Heart Rate training has a lot of confusing info if you have looked for info. What formulas do u apply? Scott treats this subject like a pro...I have not read about his point of veiw 'listening to your body' to find your HR zones...makes sense. Maybe this would be a great time to adopt and get the benefits of HR training
