Subject: Looking for a training partner? -Chesapeake area
I live in Chesapeake and am looking to see if anyone wants to tag along or meet up for some training. I am working on short distances running less than 10 miles and biking less than 30 but can swim over a mile. Anything around those distances even short/fast paced is fine with me.

i can tag along for some stuff.. not sure what your paces are in either.. but let me know..

i live in norfolk, but i can commute to wherever.. dismal swamp or even riding downtown is fine in the morning time.. early..

working nightshift at the moment.. but im done thurs... i have a 3 day weekend i would like to take advantage of.

on the bike I stay around 16-20 mph my catseye says the avg is 17mph but my fastest was 27. Running I run around 7:30 mile in a 6 mile race and not really sure swimming I just go till Im tired then a little more.
