OK swim - not great. I know my pool split are faster, but that really doesn't matter in a race! I didn't push too hard just caught some feet and gave steady effort.

need more OWS. shoulders seem a little fatigued from the suit.

pushed fairly hard on this one - tried to keep hr in z3/4. I stuck to nutrition plan of 250 cal with 1 honey stinger 10 minutes prior to t2. worked great

this was one of my best run performances in a triathlon. i was shooting for a 7:30/mile pace, but that pace felt too easy. at turn around my pace was 7:15, so I increased the effort on the way back and held on to the pace.
