This was a tough swim. I could not sight well, not did I swim straight. I probably added 50 m to my swim distance.

A good transition overall. My elastic band got stuck so it took a bit longer to get up to speed.

A really good bike ride. I worked hard on making sure that my gearing was good for winds, and cadence was appropriate.
