Stretch. Light swimming. Lower back was really tight.

got caught in a pack and couldn't get out of it until about 500 yds in.

it was just okay. spent more time pulling on a shirt than I should have. I really wasn't in a hurry for some reason. also ate a bar.
What would you do differently?:

find a sense of urgency. skip the bar.

ate a bar before I got on the bike. about a third of the ride, one of my bottle cages broke and I lost my water. all I had to drink was gatorade, which didn't get out of my stomach or clear the bar like water would have. made for a sour stomach on the run.

no more bars. ever.
