Swim
Comments: Swim was ok, just need to swim more, but not too bad. No panic attacks, just swam. Actually passed people on the swim this time What would you do differently?: Concentrate on the swim more, going to be hard with schedule. Transition 1
Comments: Almost pulled my arm out of socket getting the wetsuit top over my head, hence my slow time in the T1. Wasn't going to rush the Transitions because of the cold and just wanted to be ready to rock the bike What would you do differently?: Get a wetsuit with a zipper! Bike
Comments: I love the bike! The uphills (and there were a lot of them) was were all the riders were "packing" up and made it easier to pass them. I was passing people everywhere, uphill, downhill, into the wind, on the flats, it didn't matter! I loved passing folks on their $4000 + bikes with the $2000 + wheels and blowing by them! Now if I could only swim faster What would you do differently?: Not much, training has been good, maybe just some equipment upgrades. Transition 2
Comments: Eh, this was so so, just took my time, knowning I could get the time back on the run. Run
Comments: Ran in control the first half and tried to take off in the 2nd half, picked off a few more but couldn't get the last kid that was just ahead of me! What would you do differently?: Nothing I can think of, was a good run. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: That darn swimming, I need to take more time and work on that. I always have next season... Last updated: 2011-05-20 12:00 AM

Left early to get to the race and parked the 1/2 mile away and walked to the race site. Nothing major
Since it was really cold, just trying to stay warm was the issue of the day.
