Subject: Visiting Ft. Lauderdale 10/10 - 10/16

Hey gang,  I'll be in SoFlo for a few days next week and want to do some training while I'm down there.  I'd like to find a group run, and it would be awesome if I could get in an open water swim too!  Though I won't be bringing my bike with me. :-/

Please post anything in the Ft. Lauderdale / Hollywood / Miami / Sunrise area.  Thanks!!

For note, I'm an Olympic distance triathlete in semi-good shape. So I'm up for pretty much any kind of workout.  Thanks!
