Subject: first post, first race ever HM

At age 33 I finally got off my and signed up for a HM , probably got in 3 solid training months.  Never really ran before 1 year ago but ive always done some type of fitness activity.  Finished my first HM yesterday at 1:53, smashing my 2 hr goal.  Next goal is a full marathon next year, a friend of mine is talking about Chicago.  Better get running.
