PSA....Garmin 800 Firmware Update!!

Nice...hopefully the ege 500 update will be out soon.

Not that it matters for me though...since shifting towards marathon training, my power numbers really suck now.

I'd love the Garmin 500 updated firmware before 11/4 and IMFL.

I have worked with wko+ since 2006 and like using NP, IF, TSS. My Joule I can't get to work with my Quarq after moving to new frame.

% of FTP data currently sucks as it is power not average data or NP so it like current IF which is pretty worthless.

As previously announced by Garmin back in September, the goal with respect to adding all the new fields was to get the Edge 800 firmware done first, then follow up these same changes to the Edge 500 and finally, the Garmin FR310XT.  The Garmin FR910XT will come with these features out of the box.  The goal at that time was to have the units following pretty closely after one another for the firmware updates – meaning on the order of weeks, not months.
