I did a quick warm up run to my truck to drop off my glasses...

Comments:

Started off faster than I planned but rolled with it... stayed in a pack of about 4 runners until the first small hill... then passed all of them going up... but once on the flat again I was passed by all of them! Held a fairly consistent pace throughout the entire run!
What would you do differently?:

Run faster!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Taking a couple of weeks off to let my back heal from my accident!

Well marked course... plenty of PPD out on the course controlling traffic!
