yogurt w fruit. c berry juice. woke at 6:30.plenty of time for 3 of us to get to race. Dorve down to site w tos and joanne. excited for tos in his first 1/2 mary!!

ran with isis, super run! Just the right effort level. Felt in the groove for the race. previous training runs had not been stellar feeling.

Tos (mrrogersisinthehood) beat us by 5 minutes on his very first 1/2!!
