Showed up about an hour before race and set up transition area. Had a power bar.

Jumped around and did about a 100 yard swim to loosen up. Little jogging around. Not much

Felt pretty good. Arms didn't really tighten up at all. was pretty comfortable for the whole swim.

Be in better shape for the swim. Did get into the pool for about 2 weeks.

Totally enjoyed this race. Bike time dropped by 15 minutes because I have a real bike now. No more mtn bike.
