Wasn't ready for the swim at all. Water was a little to cold for no wet suit, but I got through it. Wasn't in shape for it either.
What would you do differently?:

Have a wet suit and be in better shape.

Missed the last 2 water stops at miles 10 and 12. Lost it there. Pretty much bonked here and started to overheat a little bit. First last was awesome. But at mile 1.5 had to stop because I had bad shin splints. Streched them out and recovered from them. But second miles slowed down a lot.
What would you do differently?:

Drink more water and dump more on myself.
