Event comments:

Next year I want to make sure that I am lighter, faster, stronger and more focused. I did not feel totaly on my game but it was fun to return to this race. Not only did I take a lot of time off before racing this race but the weather was not the best. The roads were wet and I did not have drive or focus that I did the year before and the awesome support on the side lines from the man that I adored was also missing.

More details please.

This race sounds fun.  Running in central park is a riot.  Where did you bike?

Hi Michael - The ride starts out of the boat house parking lot on the east side of the park and heads towards the MET up to Harlem and back to the boat house. It's two loops of the big loop in Central Park. This is only my second duathlon, I really like them and nothings finer than racing in the city, it feels like home court. Good luck with your Ironman training.
