200 bk: time: 2:15.9
still a bit off form - was bobbing up and down. Need more strength, more ab strength.

200 fr: 2:05.0
Still not the best split, or going out fast enough. Didn't place too well, but after 200bk, 2 05 isn't bad.

100bk: 1:04.0
I was tired. Close to the speed in my 200bk. Screwed up on a turn and it in fact looked faster - maybe I should screw up more.

Final score: Women: 85 to 55 for UT, Men: 80 to 60ish for UT
