Comments:

Very cold and windy out. I was not use to running in this weather. I just tried to keep a 8min pace and then kick it up a notch at the end. Worked out pretty good. Was hoping for 32 minutes or better.

Great job getting out there and running.  I know it was cold and windy but you had a very good time.  Beat your goal!  Keep training and I will see you in Indy in May.
