Pre-race routine:

Made the drive down from Marathon. Had two cups of coffee, biiiggg cups of coffee.

Event warmup:

Stretched and jogged some on Duval St. which I had never seen in the light of day. It was nice.

Event comments:

Signed up for this race on our last night in the Keys. Had to check out of the condo in Marathon by 1100 on Saturday. Race was at 0800, took 1 hour and 10 minutes to drive down. Ran the race, socialized for a few minutes and then drove back. Got a shower, changed and made checkout with time to spare.
