A real nice section on the benefits of interval training vs LSD and a laughable section on the MHR 220-age rumor, which explains how the reserach that suggested that formula was never intended to be published as a measure for ALL athletes... (Coach Mike would be proud. ) Easy to read, quick, very interesting and nice to know that all these questions we have about how to train and how to be healthy aare CONSTANTLY being re-investigated and re-understood. |
