I bought this dvd, Running on the Sun about the Badwater 135. So in it, this guy had all of his toe nails removed because he would get black nail from running; then he shows he feet and ewww. I am not sure what was worse, all the nasty black nails and blisters or seeing this guys funky feet with no nails... lol

So would you get your nails taken off for your sport?

BTW if anyone would like to see this video let me know, would be glad to pass it along. It is interesting...

My fav part was this guys crew taping a beer to the top of the van and him running behind it like it was a carrot.

Maybe we could do that with a burrito

I liked seeing the woman run up hills with a tire attached to a rope tied around her waist. Talk about tenacity.

I rented this movie through Netflix.

I wathced it last night too.  My husband thought the guys feet were gross.  Then later on they should someones feet while they were bandigeing them up and he said so that's why he did it. 

Good dvd.  Definaqtely motivates you to get out and train.
