  • 5 miles

Comments:

Kept my pace fairly well. Garmin would not work in town due to the tall buildings, so I never really got good feedback as to where I was on the course.
What would you do differently?:

Use a stopwatch
Post race
Warm down:

Ate an apple and walked around

What limited your ability to perform faster:

This was my first ever try at 5 miles. the most I ever tried in preparing was 4.5 and 38 minutes.

Event comments:

Fun race of 5 miles. It would have been nice to ahve someone posted at the mile markers to cll the times and actually have mile markers. I only saw the first two markers.

So would you say that you were at the front of the middle of the pack, or the back of the front of the pack. Any way you say it you had a good race.
